A Letter From Our Founder

To Our Community,

Petssentials wasn’t born out of a business plan.
It was born from a personal turning point.

I’ve lived through a difficult chapter one that required honesty, accountability, and a willingness to change. I’ve made mistakes, and I carry them not as excuses, but as lessons. I believe in second chances because I’ve been given one. And I work every day to be worthy of it.

At the heart of that transformation was my dog, Legend.

He didn’t care about my past.
He cared that I kept showing up.

Legend’s loyalty grounded me when I needed it most. When I lost him unexpectedly, it left a hole but also a mission: to build something in his honor. Something thoughtful. Something intentional. Something rooted in care.

That’s why I created Petssentials.

We’re here to make everyday pet care easier, more connected, and more human. Not just for your pets but for the people who love them.

I know not everyone will feel comfortable supporting someone with a complicated past.
And I respect that.

But I will continue to put in the work by showing up, growing, and building something meaningful. Not just for myself, but for my family, my community, and anyone who believes that growth is possible.

This isn’t a comeback story.
It’s a commitment.
